1. Platform operator

Vzenta.com is operated by Vyzentariz Private Limited, having its registered office at E-49/5, First Floor, Okhla Industrial Area Phase II, New Delhi - 110020.

2. Eligibility and account information

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract and that all information supplied by you is accurate and complete.

3. Gift-card products

Gift cards are third-party prepaid instruments, vouchers or codes issued by their respective brands or authorised issuers. Availability, validity, redemption, usage restrictions, exclusions and issuer terms vary by product and form part of your purchase.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, hold or cancel an order because of inventory, pricing error, payment verification, suspected misuse, legal requirements, issuer restrictions or technical issues. Confirmation of payment does not by itself guarantee fulfilment.

5. Pricing and taxes

Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees and include or exclude taxes as stated during checkout. Any applicable convenience fee, platform fee or tax will be shown before payment.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment service providers. You authorise us and the payment provider to process transaction information for payment, fraud prevention, reconciliation and regulatory compliance.

7. Delivery

Digital vouchers are delivered to the email or contact details provided by the customer after successful payment and verification. You are responsible for checking recipient details before placing an order.

8. Customer responsibilities

You must not use the platform for unlawful activity, unauthorised resale, money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse, account testing, scraping, interference or violation of issuer terms.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Delivered or revealed gift-card codes are ordinarily non-returnable because they are digital bearer-value products, except where required by law or where the code is confirmed invalid and unused.

10. Intellectual property

Vzenta branding, website content, layouts and software are owned by or licensed to Vyzentariz Private Limited. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not responsible for indirect loss, issuer outages, recipient errors, unauthorised disclosure of delivered codes or use contrary to issuer terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law.
