Delivery method

All gift cards sold through Vzenta.com are digital products. Codes, voucher links or redemption instructions are sent electronically to the email address or contact details supplied at checkout.

Delivery timeline

Most approved orders are delivered shortly after successful payment. Certain orders may require additional payment, identity, inventory or fraud checks and may take longer.

Customer responsibility

Please verify recipient details before payment and check spam or promotions folders after ordering. Treat delivered codes like cash and do not share them with unknown persons.

Delay or non-delivery

Contact support@vzenta.com with your order ID and payment reference. We will investigate delivery status and resend instructions where appropriate.
